David Broder profiles Delaware Senate race
It will either inspire you as a Delawarean - or if you're more ideologically driven - it may repulse you... but longtime WASHINGTON POST columnist David Broder looks at Delaware's U.S. Senate race, and finds much to admire...

Note that Broder does not mention Christine O'Donnell's campaign.

I've just returned from my Western vacation. I may write a bit about that on a future post.

Ron,
Went through Upper Midwest (Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota), crossed the U.S./Canadian border into Manitoba, then further west through Saskatchewan, and Alberta (Waterton National Park), then south across the international border again to Montana (and Glacier National Park), then through southern Idaho to Utah (Salt Lake City), then back northeast on the return loop through Wyoming, Nebraska, Iowa... etc.
Even before we reached the mountains of Alberta, Saskatchewan was amazing with the vast skies and landscape, brilliant canary yellow canola fields in all directions meeting the horizon.
Waterton and Glacier were amazing... literally drove past snow just a few feet from us, while the eastern U.S. was "baking"... and I loved Salt Lake City. Apart from the Mormon/LDS history, clean, wide-open streets! Wanna' spend more time there some day...
