Since the G.O.P. Presidential race's circular firing squad has prompted debate about private equity firms, I've been searching for a balanced analysis of the pros and cons.

If you want to see the 28-minute anti-Romney "documentary" -- "When Mitt Romney Came to Town" -- that some believe could do to Romney what "Swift Boats" did to John Kerry, and the Willie Horton ad did to Michael Dukakis (What a coincidence that they're all from Massachusetts!) - here it is, with accompanying commentary...


Finally, Bloomberg News reviewed some of the edits which, while making this film more powerful, also appear to distort the full picture...
