One Ohio voter tells Vice President Biden he's a 'good guy' but bad Veep
I love to read local press accounts of the national candidates interacting with voters. Even better when that candidate is Vice President Joe Biden (for obvious Delaware reasons).
The late radio-TV host Art Linkletter used to say, "Kids say the darndest things."
Well, sometimes VOTERS say the darndest things.
In Toledo, we learn one voter told the Vice President, "Joe, you're a good guy", but that same man confessed to reporters he wasn't a big fan of the Administration: "Before that, I told him to enjoy his last couple of months. Just because you're a good guy doesn't mean you're a good Vice President..."
Read more about these interactions from The TOLEDO BLADE...
I never even thought he was a good guy, let alone anything else!

Gee, lol, such bitterness... Sounds like you could use a slice of Coconut Custard Pie?

Biden was a good Senator for Delaware. There are no scandals in his private life (think Clinton or now this guy from Lower Delaware). Is Joe ready for Sainthood, ah probably not, but then again, he's never run for Pope, Bishop, or to be a Billy Graham. Biden says what he thinks, gee, an honest politician?? We may not like or agree with what he says, but that's the price of honesty.

...I'm not so sure Joe is an honest politician, but he does say whatever pops into his head and seems to lack a filtering mechanism to stop his mouth from opening before inserting foot ;)

Seriously? He still runs around telling the world his first wife was killed by a drunk driver. What a lowlife!
Not sure why he misrepresents the accident, but I've never lost a loved one that way, so I'll just choose to cut him some slack as I truly cannot relate. Can't imagine the pain.

MFD: I think Joe's misrepresentation of the accident is calculated, although I don't know for what reason. This guy has never made sense in my mind.
Kavips: Coconut custard pie is okay, but my favorite is lemon marangue. My grandmother made the best of those as well as rhubarb. I sure miss that old woman!
