Then too, they might have discussed the bagels. And the spreads. The fly on the wall could tell us if they had eggs, and bacon, and whether that bacon was from a turkey or a pig..
Oh my bad, I got that mixed up. Sarah Palin is the pig.

No, Kavips. Your president is the pig. Haven't you noticed the lipstick?
Wed, Jul 31, 2013 4:04pm
No. neither has anyone else. Ms Palin however is not only the pig with lipstick, but is at home with turkeys getting killed while she does a television interview...
It is no wonder Republicans like her. She is dumb as they are. Which is pretty pathetic.

What's wrong with turkeys getting killed? Don't you eat one at Thanksgiving?

Mr. Pizza. You totally missed the point. The point is not that Turkeys get killed. The point is that she is dumb, Republicans like her because they are dumb, just like her. Your retort above, shows you fit right in...

Kavips: thanks for sharing a "Palin moment". Truly amazing, she pardon's a turkey and then uses as her back drop the "turkey guillotine" as other turks lost their heads as she prattles on. Good ole Sarah Palin, always good for a laugh. She is so NOT qualified to ever be Prez of the USA. I believe she missed her calling, she should have gone into show business as a comedian, she's a real hoot.
Mrpizza: Let's get real here, the GOP has far better folks to run for Prez than Sarah Palin. Chris Christie and Rick Perry come to mind. Both men have very different styles, but both are successful Republican governors who are real leaders, unlike the "Grizzly Barbie" who couldn't even complete one term as Alaska's governor. Sorry, just can not take Sarah Palin seriously and if she's the GOP candidate I'd be voting for the DEM. As Martin Luther did say, better to be governed by an intelligent Turk than an ignorant Christian.

Just as a side note: Martin Luther apparently did say something to that effect. The author of the book "Divine Kingdom, Holy Order: The Political Writings of Martin Luther", Dr. jarrett Carty of Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada was interviewed on Lutheran Public Radio [the podcast link is below] where he said that yes Martin Luther did say that it is better to be governed by an intelligent Turk than an ignorant or foolish Christian.
If you wish to hear the entire interview click on link and scroll down until you find Dr. Carty's interview. Enjoy.
