Funny. When it was passed I thought "gee, what a waste of time. Who will ever know; who will even care" .. and here, it gets world wise press. Wonders never cease.

Since I'm from Illinois, I have no relatives in Delaware, living or dead. Even so, I wouldn't be interested in such accounts unless of course there was a financial component to it.
