Paramedics: Don't overdo snow shoveling

County Paramedics remind you to use caution if you're planning to shovel snow--7 people went into cardiac arrest while shoveling this weekend, and 4 were hospitalized.

In one case, a 46-year-old man was found in his driveway Saturday morning, and in another case, a 65-year-old man collapsed while running a snow blower.

Paramedics say anyone about to shovel snow should use caution and be careful not to overdo it.

If you do have chest pains, shortness of breath or trouble breathing and your condition doesn't improve with rest, call 9-1-1.
