UD prof: Haiti quake recovery may take decades
A University of Delaware professor who's an expert in disaster recovery efforts says Haiti will take years, and possibly decades, to recover from Tuesday's earthquake.
Doctor Joe Trainor says the French-speaking Caribbean island country doesn't have the
kind of infrastructure we have in the US. Audio Here
Trainor says even in a best-case scenario, Haiti can't make earthquake repairs as
quickly as more highly-developed countries.
