Rocks losing skid hits 6 straight

The Blue Rocks lost their 6th straight game on Sunday, 4-1 to the Winston-Salem Dash.

The Rocks didn't pick up their first hit until the 6th inning, and didn't get on the scoreboard until the 8th.

That cut the Dash lead to 2-1, but Winston-Salem pushed across two insurance runs in the 9th and shut down the Blue Rocks again in the final frame.

The Blue Rocks will try to snap their 6 game losing streak tonight when they host the Salem Red Sox at 6:35.
