Four arrested on heroin charges in Newark Delaware State Police have arrested three men and a woman on various drug charges after finding drugs in a room at the Days Inn in Newark. Thirty-four year old Dawane Cox of Chester, 40-year old Devin Chambers of Woodly, Pennsylvania, 22-year old Aaron Jones of Newark and 24-year old Dahndra Jones of Newark, all face several drug counts, including possession with intent to deliver heroin. The four were arrested early Wednesday morning, when officers from the Delaware State Police Governors Task Force found more than 1,000 bags of heroin in the hotel room, along with some unpackaged heroin and drug paraphernalia. All four were released after posting bond.
