School board elections in 3 NCCo districts Tuesday Residents of three New Castle County school districts head to the polls Tuesday to elect school board members. Charlissa Edelin, Matthew Brown, Andrew Cherry and Jason Romeo are vying for one seat in the Appoquinimink district. Valene Harris, Shirley Saffer and Stephen Lee are running for one seat in the Christina district. Joanne Johansen and Kenneth Rivera are running for one seat in the Red Clay Consolidated district. Polls are open from 10 AM to 8 PM, and residents can vote at district schools.
