Bad billing leads to marina audit Questionable business practices have led the State Auditor's Office to recommend the Indian River Marina clean up its books. The auditor conducted a special investigation after a complaint regarding billing procedures. Tom Wagner tells WDEL News he believes the discrepancies are the result of sloppy business practices, but the Attorney General will make the final determination about criminal conduct.
