Police seek suspect(s) in Elkton woman's killing County Police are looking for whoever killed an Elkton woman in New Castle early Friday morning. Holloway Terrace firefighters found Kendra Dobyns lying in the road on Pyles Lane in Hamilton Park around 4 AM. Dobyns had been shot once in the upper body. Police found Dobyns' car a short distance away. Her body was turned over to the state Medical Examiner's office for an autopsy. There's no suspect information yet, and police are asking anyone with information to call them or Crimestoppers.
