VIDEO: Biden's senatorial papers find a new home Vice President Joe Biden's Senatorial papers found a new home today in the University of Delaware Library. Movers unloaded 1,875 boxes of papers, web pages, and recordings from the former Senator's office. The papers will be placed in a secure room on mechanized compact shelving specially ordered for the archives. They will be preserved and processed by the University Library's Special Collections Department.
