Baumbach running in 23rd district The President of the Progressive Democrats for Delaware has thrown his hat into the ring in the 23rd Representative District. Paul Baumbach has filed to run in the district being vacated by Representative Terry Schooley, who announced Thursday she would not seek re-election. Baumbach said there is at least one other Democrat running for the seat. Baumbach is a business owner and financial planner.
