Senate hopeful Wade : Dems "living in another century." A Republican running for the US Senate from Delaware says state Democrats are "living in another century." Kevin Wade tells WDEL News Democrats are mistaken if they think Delawareans are satisfied with the way the state's being run. Wade has to file with the state elections department by noon on July 10th to be on the ballot for the November general election. On the Democratic side, incumbent Tom Carper will square off against challenger Keith Spanarelli in the September 11th primary.
