County Police seek scammers who robbed elderly woman County Police say 2 con men robbed an elderly Wilmington-area woman by posing as utility workers. The two used the ploy to get into the house in the 100 block of Matthew Avenue in Elmhurst Wednesday, and one robber distracted the victim while the other grabbed some cash. The suspects are heavy-set white men, 30 to 40 years old, with olive skin and dark hair. They got away in an older-model white pickup truck. Police say the same victim had a driveway sealer applied by the same suspects, this time posing as home improvement contractors. Anyone with information can call County Police or Crimestoppers.
