Tractor trailer overturns on SB Route 1 For several hours Monday afternoon, troopers were at the scene of a crash on State Route 1 southbound, north of the Kent County line, involving a tractor trailer. Serious injuries are reported. State Route 1 was shut down at exit 119 for about 5 hours. Traffic was diverted onto Route 13 during the closure.
