Dover police seek missing MD woman Dover police are looking for a woman who hasn't been seen since Monday. Police say 23-year-old Lavonda Dickson was last seen around 10:30 Monday night at the Colonnade at Dover Downs Casino. She's black, 5-4 to 5-6 and about 180 pounds, with braided hair in a pony tail and a pink scarf on her head. She wore a white three-quarter-length shirt, black leggings and knee-high black leather boots. Anyone who knows where Dickson is can call Dover police or go to tipsubmit.com.
