WPD investigating shooting; victim clamming up Wilmington police say they're looking for information about a shooting, and their job is being made harder by the victim, who's not cooperating. Police say the victim, himself a convicted felon, was shot multiple times. Officers found him in the 1 thousand block of Elm Street around 10:30 Wednesday night.
