Suspect indicted in fatal shooting in Wilmington A man who's in jail for a Pennsylvania probation violation is now facing charges in Delaware in connection with a fatal shooting and other crimes in Wilmington early this month. The state Attorney General's office Monday indicted Antoine Anderson on a charge of killing Ernie Cole at 17th and Thatcher Streets on the night of October second. Anderson's also accused of firing a shot into a nearby house where a woman and child were sleeping, and assaulting someone walking down the street.
