Wilmington engineer accused of cheating on his taxes A Wilmington engineer is indicted on tax charges. The State Department of Finance says Lowell Hutchinson failed to file or pay taxes between 2009 and 2011. He's accused of withholding a report on $300,000 he made in his consulting business, Design and Inspective Services. He faces three years in prison for the misdemeanor tax charges and up to $2,300 in fines. |
