MIddletown man charged with Moose lodge break-in, rob attempt A Middletown man is charged with breaking into the town's Moose lodge last month and trying to rob the place. State Police say a surveillance camera recorded Jedadiah Elliot as he forced his way into the unoccupied lodge around 9 PM back on October 8th. Elliot allegedly tried to take items from inside the lodge, but couldn't budge anything and left empty-handed. Investigators learned the man on the surveillance video was Elliot, and troopers arrested him Friday. He's out on bail, charged with burglary, conspiracy, attempted theft and criminal mischief. |
