Troopers looking to identify bank bank robber. State Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a bank robber. They are looking for a black man, who's 5'8", 160 pounds between 25-35 years old. He's wanted for robbing the Delaware First branch on Newport Gap Pike shortly before noon Wednesday.
