Bank robbed in Elsmere State Police are looking into the robbery of a PNC Bank branch in Elsmere. Troopers say the suspect handed a teller a note demanding cash shortly before noon Thursday. Anyone with information on the crime is urged to contact Troop 2 or Crime Stoppers.
