WPD officers seek shooting suspect Wilmington police are looking for a shooting suspect. Officers patrolling in the area of 23rd and North Pine Streets around 6 PM Wednesday heard shots and found a 29-year-old man shot in the lower torso. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated, and police are asking anyone with information to call them or Crimestoppers.
