City of Wilmington offices closed for Thanksgiving, "Black Friday" City of Wilmington offices are closed Thanksgiving Day and "Black Friday, " and trash collection schedules have been modified. Trash was collected Wednesday for residents east of I-95, and will be picked up Saturday for those west of 95.
