WPD arrest convicted drug dealer again Another alleged Hilltop drug dealer is behind bars. Wilmington Police arrested Jecavis Stanford after they caught him in a drug transaction on the 300 block of Delamore Place. Police say they found more than three-and-a-half grams of crack cocaine on Stanford's persons. The previously convicted drug offender is now free on bail.
