City man charged with murder Wilmington police say they've closed a 9-month-old murder case. Zakee Lloyd of Wilmington is charged in the April, 2012 muder of Manual Oliveras. Police found Oliveras dead on West 4th Street - shot several times. Lloyd was indicted Monday by a grand jury and taken into custody Tuesday.
