VIDEO: Hodgson holds on to beat Brandywine Hodgson survived a late push to pick up their 9th win of the season in a 42-40 road victory over Brandywine Friday afternoon. The Silver Eagles' Bilal Nichols led the way with 12 points as they earned their 5th straight victory. The Bulldogs' four-game winning streak was snapped in the loss despite Jordan Johnson and Tyler Smalls each scoring 13 points. Brandywine had a chance in the final minute to take the lead down 41-40 but they turned the ball over. Next up for Hodgson is a road game at St. Elizabeth Tuesday night. (WDEL 6:45) Brandywine returns to action Monday afternoon in the Concord Classic when they face Strath Haven (PA) at 12:30.
