MD man arrested for indecent exposure in Newark A Maryland man is arrested for indecent exposure early Sunday morning in Newark. Police reported two female victims were walking down New London Road when they observed a male in a vehicle with his pants down. The victims obtained the suspects license plate number and called 911. Michael Shull was taken into custody. He's free on $1,500 bail.
