Traffic stop leads to arrests Two men are in trouble with the law after a traffic stop in Wilmington. Wilmington police pulled over the car on North Claymont Street Thursday night. Lamar Taylor of Wilmington ran away. Police tracked him down and found him with a stolen handgun. Darron Perkins of Middletown stayed in the car, where police found marijuana.
