Delmarva Power customers to get small credit Delmarva Power customers can expect to see a credit on their bills. The refund of $3.42 includes interest and is a result of an estimated $2.8 million difference between rates implemented and rates approved from July through December. The Public Service Commission approved a rate increase of $22 million though Delmarva Power had requested an increase of $24.8 million.
