Fireworks STILL illegal in Del., even on July 4th

The state Fire Marshall's office is reminding you this 4th of July that fireworks are STILL illegal in Delaware.

The state law includes the sale, possession or discharge of any fireworks, sparklers or sky lanterns.

Nearly 10,000 people head to the hospital every year after being hurt by fireworks; the majority of those injured are teenagers.
