"Operation Arctic Vengeance" The Delaware National Guard is out in full force helping people recover from this winter storm that's wreaked havoc across the state. WDEL's Amy Cherry reports. Audio Here They're callling it "Operation Arctic Vengeance," and Adjutant General Frank Vavala Commander of the Delaware National Guard tells WDEL News the focus right now is on Sussex County. Vavala says they're dealing with a wide-range of issues , in addition to drifting snow. Now, they're gearing up for the next blast of winter weather coming our way.
