Christiansen wins Dover mayoral election
A former member of Dover City Council wins a five-way special election for mayor.
Robin Christiansen will serve the final year of former Mayor Carleton Carey's term.
"I was really humbled the fact the folks in Dover put their trust in me to lead them forward, at least until the end of the former mayor's term," said Christiansen.
Christiansen received more than 39 percent of the vote in Tuesday's election.
Carey stepped down as mayor of Dover in April.
