"Slam Dunk to the Beach" founder busted in FL The former director of Sussex County's "Slam Dunk to the Beach" high school basketball tournament has been arrested in Florida. WDEL's Frank Gerace reports.Audio Here Delaware US Marshal Dave Thomas says investigators got several leads placing 51-year-old Bobby Jacobs in Miami, and caught up with him Tuesday. Jacobs, who started "Slam Dunk to the Beach" in 1990, is accused of cheating tournament investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars between July 2003 and October 2004. He'd been on the lam since his indictment in August 2006.
