Clayton car dealer seeks House seat
A car dealer from Clayton wants to replace retiring Dover-area state Representative Pam Thornburg.
Republican Lincoln Willis says his first-ever bid for public office is driven by 3
priorities.
Willlis, a graduate of Smyrna High School, Dartmouth College and William and Mary Law
School, is executive manager of Lincoln Willis Chevrolet, and plans to file with the
Department of Elections Thursday.
Thornburg, who's also a Republican, is leaving the House when her current term ends
to serve as Executive Director of the Delaware Farm Bureau.
