Wilmington man dies in fatal crash

State police say alcohol looks to be a factor in a fatal crash Wednesday night in New Castle.
An SUV heading north on Route 13 near Lisa Drive swerved to avoid a motorcycle and
ended up flipping over several times in the median.
A passenger, 29-year-old Andre Massado of Wilmington, was in the second row, unbelted,
and died in the accident.
A man riding in the front seat was taken to Christiana with severe head trauma. Three
others, including the driver, were treated and released.
