Eyes turn skwyard in Southen Delaware this weekend for one of the high profile events of the year.

Trails of orange will rip through the blue skies over lower Delaware this weekend ad
the 24th annual Punkin Chunkin festival takes place. It runs through Sunday...doors
open at 7:30 each morning at the Wheatley Farm in Bridgeville and the pumpkins start
flying at 9:30 a.m. Air cannons can fire those pumpkins in excess of four thousand feet.
Money raised from the event goes to scholarships and charitable groups around Delaware.
Admission is $9 per person, kids under 12 get in free. Parking is $2.
