New life for an old block in Wilmington.

Lincoln Square, on the 300 block of South Market Street, is becoming a 50-thousand-square-foot retail and office complex made up of three- and four-story builldings. Video Here

One unit is already occupied by an environmentally friendly cleaner and a second was recently leased to a Thai restaurant.

Lincoln Square sits on the site of the former Lipincott Department Store and is opening up after a four-year renovation.
