Constitution tops WDEL debate btwn Coons & O'Donnell

Republican Christine O'Donnell and Democrat Chris Coons face off in a LIVE debate hosted by 1150 AM WDEL at Widener University.
WDEL's Amy Cherry was there.
This was the most hostile we've seen both candidates, and the WDEL debate at Widener University Law School was centered on the Constitution.
Next, O'Donnell was asked whether she would appeal the 14th, 16th, and 17th
Amendments. She knew the 17th, but her memory was fuzzy on the others.
