Occupy Dover marks Delaware Day

A discussion of the Constitution was the focus of Occupy Dover's commemoration of Delaware Day.

A light drizzle, and the threat of more rain may have held down the turnout as Occupy Dover held a discussion of the Constitution.
Will McVey says the Constutution is meant to limit lawmakers authority.
He says in many ways Congress has ignored those limitations.
Before the discussion, those assembled paused for a moment of silence in honor of those who gave their lives at Pearl Harbor 70 years ago.
