Drug bust in Dover
By LeAnne Matlach

What began as a theft investigation ended up as a drug bust after police found marijuana growing in a Dover man's basement.

State Police suspected Raymond Giordano of theft from his employer Rent-A-Center and when they searched his home they found a marijuana growing operation in his basement and nearly 2000 grams of the drug.

Police discovered Giordano was renting the home from David Prouse and when police went to Prouse's residence they discovered an additional 12 grams of marijuana and more than $3,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
