Dennis SpivackDeputy Attorney General Dennis Spivack is running to be Delaware's next Insurance Commissioner.
The Democrat says he can do a better job than all the candidates, including incumbent Karen Weldin Stewart. He says there's a number of health insurance claims that should've been honored that haven't been.
"That office needs to be restructured in a way so that it's open and accessible to the public, and one of the first things I'm going to create is an office of constituent services that is dedicated entirely to Delawareans," says Spivak.
Spivack ran a failed bid for Congress in 2006. In the insurance commissioner's race he's up against Mitch Crane, Paul Gallagher, and Weldin Stewart.
