Mayor Baker names first female Chief of Staff

| Wilmington Mayor Jim Baker (D) | Wilmington Mayor Jim Baker has named the city's first female Chief of Staff.
The Mayor's office announced Friday that Tanya Washington is replacing Bill Montgomery as Chief of Staff.
Washington most recently served as Deputy Chief of Staff under Montgomery, who left the Chief of Staff job to continue his bid to become Wilmington's next Mayor.
John Rago, Baker's Director of Communications and Policy Development, will keep that job and assume the Deputy Chief of Staff's duties as well.
