A state Representative, a County Councilwoman and a member of the Christina School Board are calling for an investigation into the activities of a political action committee concerning pending school board elections.
Representative John Kowalko, County Councilwoman Lisa Diller and Christina Board member Shirley Saffer, who's up for re-election, say the Voices 4 Delaware Education Action Fund has been mailing flyers to district residents that don't say who the group's treasurer is, and that the group failed to report the mailings within 24 hours, as required by state law.
The state Department of Elections is looking into the matter.
