Updated Thursday, May 3, 2012 - 1:02pm
A Dover man is accused of pointing a shotgun at a restaurant worker and several patrons Wednesday.
Police say 47 year old David Ducote was in a fight with another person outside the Celtic Crab in New Castle. A worker came out and broke up the fight and Ducote drove off.
A time later, he returned and when the employee confronted him again, Ducote allegedly pointed a shotgun out his car, at the employee and some others in the parking lot.
An all points bulletin was issued and Ducote's blue Pontiac was pulled over on Brenford Road near Smyrna.
Ducote was taken into custody, charged with driving under the influence along with aggravated menacing and reckless endangering.
He's behind bars in lieu of $96,000 bail.
