Non-profit group launches "My Blue Duffel" campaign

A non-profit group is distributing duffel bags to kids moving from dysfunctional families into foster care in Delaware.
The Kind to Kids Foundation's Caroline Jones tells WDEL News abused, neglected kids coming into foster care often have to carry their belongings in trash bags.

Jones says Kind to Kids officially launched its "My Blue Duffel" campaign, and is giving duffel bags to all Delaware's foster children.
