Command change at Dover AFB

There are changes at the top at the Dover Air Force Base.

Colonel Randal Bright officially turned over command of the 512th Airlift Wing to Colonel Raymond Kozak today (Sunday).

Col Kozak, an 18 year veteran is an Air Force Academy graduate and C-17 pilot.

He comes to Dover after serving 4 years with the Fourth Air Force at March Air Reserve Base in California.

Col Bright moves on to Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, where he will serve in the headquarters of the Air Force Reserve Command.
