A campaign using billboards, bracelets and stickers is warning you not to buy liquor for people who are under 21.

Liquor retailers, bar and restaurant owners are joining with alcohol and tobacco enforcement officials to try to cut down the amount of alcohol getting into the hands of kids. John Yeomans is director of Delaware's Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Agency.

"What we see is adults, older siblings, friends, others purchasing it on behalf of underage kids," he said.

"Employees have a lanyard that they can wear that says 'Buyers Beware' as well as a rubber bracelet that says that same message," said Linda Velott, tobacco program coordinator.
